	Mục tiêu nghiên cứu: "The main objective of the research is to develop an integrated time and cost approach based on TFM approach that can be used to analyze schedule delays in construction projects as well as to prepare delay claims by quantifying the delay costs. Accordingly, the proposed method can calculate the cost of total float consuming that belongs to all parties entitlements and hardly analyze as well as calculate several existed delay costs namely, escalation/ acceleration, impact, overhead cost, liquidated damages by only applying a case study to test its outcomes."
