	Mục tiêu nghiên cứu: In order to fulfill the foremost aims of this research are to investigate two specific purposes. First of all, this study investigates the difficulties of novice teachers in their English teaching process to young learners. Then, it looks for strategies which novice teachers utilize to overcome the difficulties and increase their performance in teaching EFL young learners.
