Although ICT integration into curriculum was a crucial process to ensure the quality of education, it was still not been given a greater concerns by the administrators and lecturers at Tra Vinh University. The purpose of this descriptive -survey research is to determine lecturers’ attitudes towards ICT integration into curriculum and their use in the classroom. The research questions sought to measure the frequency of ICT use in teaching and learning among lecturers and their attitudes towards ICT integratio n into curriculum to improve teaching. The research questions also sought to determine if a correlation existed between lecturers’ attitudes towards ICT integration into curriculum and their ICT use in the classroom, and whether there were differences across gender, age, teaching experience, and technology experience in lecturers’ attitudes towards ICT integration into curriculum and their use of ICT. A population of 109 lecturers of Tra Vinh University participated in this survey. Survey data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and analysis of variance (ANOVA). The results of the correlation analysis identified a slightly moderate positive relationship between lecturers’ attitudes towards ICT integration into curriculum and their ICT use in the classroom. The result of ANOVA tests indicated significant differences across gender, age, teaching experience, and technology experience in lecturers’ attitudes towards ICT integration into curriculum and their use of ICT among lectur ers at Tra Vinh University. Although ICT was not highly used, lecturers recognized the benefits of ICT that they have chosen to incorporate into their teaching. These findings could be used for future researches to promote positive educational changes thro ugh the integration of ICT into curriculum in universities. In addition, encouragement, ICT training programs for lecturers, and the development of ICT plans to establish more effective ICT integration into practices could be made.
